The Bridge Building has several extra spaces you can utilize for your event, collectively known as the lounges. The second floor features getting ready suites with bathrooms and attached sitting areas, an open lounge area, and a third closed-door room with seating that all come with the rental of the Cumberland Space.

With the rental of the Dyer Space, you also get use of an additional lounge area that can be transformed to suit your needs.
