The Dyer Space is located on the Bridge Building’s third floor with sweeping views of the pedestrian bridge, Cumberland River, and downtown Nashville skyline— plus a rare close-up look at the city’s famous bright red art installation, “Ghost Ballet” by Alice Aycock. With warm wood floors and an industrial feel, the space can be transformed for a dinner reception, cocktail lounge, and so much more.
